BREATH Success: QUB PhD student successfully defends thesis at viva

QUB PhD student Nicola Roe undertook her viva voce examination on November 24th, comprehensively defending a doctoral thesis entitled: Neuroinflammatory Consequences of Rhinovirus Infection of the Human Airways.  Her Examination Panel included Professor Stuart Mazzone, University of Melbourne, a respiratory expert on coughs – and Professor Ultan Power Professor of Molecular Virology (Internal; QUB).

Congratulations Dr Nicola Roe – and well done to the supervisory team, led by Professor Lorcan McGarvey.
