BREATH Success: QUB PhD Student Orla Dunne successfully defends thesis

QUB PhD student Orla Dunne undertook her viva examination on December 1st, defending a doctoral thesis entitled “ATP, TRP Channels and Airway Neuronal Sensitisation.”  Her Examination Panel included Professor Kian Fan Chung, MD, DSc (Professor of Respiratory Medicine and Head of Experimental Studies at Imperial College London), and Professor Cliff Taggart (Internal QUB).

Congratulations Dr Orla Dunne – and well done to the supervisory team, led by Dr Fionnuala Lundy.
